Primary Function: Stage materials at the production lines and move finished goods to the conveyor area for the lower warehouse.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Follow all company policies
  • Adhere to attendance guidelines
  • Adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain an accurate cycle count of product.
  • Follow all food safety requirements to prevent cross contamination of allergens
  • Safely operate lift trucks and electric pallet jacks.
  • Must be flexible when overtime work is required.
  • Enters all finished product into computer and wraps the pallets.
  • Loads finished product on conveyor system for lower warehouse.
  • Inspects all pallets for accuracy in regards to quantity and correct stacking configuration.
  • Assists the production manager in organizing production paperwork for shift reporting.
  • Maintains proper housekeeping while performing duties. Required to assist where needed.
  • Work closely with receiving coordinator to maintain upper warehouse inventory

 

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience working in a production warehouse environment.

 

Required Skills: Ability to read and develop raw material lists from production orders. Adequate written and verbal communication skills, basic math skills. Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.

 

Must be capable of lifting 35 pounds without assistance, capable of lifting 20 pounds over head.

 

Following GMP in compliance with all food safety requirements.
