Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the activities of inspecting, testing, auditing and reporting on materials, processes, products and finished goods to ensure conformance with company specifications and quality standards using variable measuring instruments and techniques. 


This position is on nights and will follow our Team 2 schedule.  The hours are 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM.


Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the monitoring and testing of products, and recording data       
  • Notify management of non-conforming material or process deviations
  • Write and prepare daily quality/product reporting         
  • Ensure all company quality and safety standards are being utilized
  • Perform safety and quality audits
  • Analyze, record and save data in company system       
  • Other duties as assigned


Candidate Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of production equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Good communicator with the ability to effectively describe processes and quality control requirements
  • Experience with product testing, past quality or auditing experience a plus
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and work with data
  • Possesses capability to coach others
  • Knowledge and experience with safety programs

Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required
