<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Position available at 200 Summerlea (Medical Leave Replacement)

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Job Duties

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Unload plastic resin from rail cars into storage silos
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Load plastic resin from storage silos into resin tankers and vice versa
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Drive resin tankers between storage facilities and plants
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Follow the established shunting schedule
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Closely follow established operating procedures to ensure that there is no cross contamination between different types of plastic resin
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Perform established QC and safety checks during each and every step of the resin storage and transfer procedure
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain resin tankers in good condition
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Drive shunting trucks to move raw materials and finished goods (if required)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Weigh the resin tankers at the designated areas for weight verification
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain all hand-over paperwork as per established procedures
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Diligently follow all safety protocols when driving and parking resin tankers including prescribed safety inspections and wheel chocking procedures.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Report any repair or break down in the equipment or property damage to the Supervisor on a timely basis
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Any other duties as assigned by the Management

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Job Requirements                             

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum of high school diploma required
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Basic computer knowledge
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must have AZ license with clean driving record
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of RF scanning
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Certified forklift driver with a minimum of six months driving experience is preferred
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Team player with a positive attitude
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Work Conditions

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Required to wear prescribed PPE (Earplugs, Safety Glasses, Safety Shoes and Hair net) at all times on the plant floor, inside the warehouse, and near storage silos. Beard net where applicable

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Able to lift product / boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Driving trailers/trucks between facilities over lengthy periods
