Job Title:
Human Resources Administrator

Position Summary:
Provide support to the Human Resources Manager and the Plant Manager in supporting the HR functions and other needs of the plant.  Processes time and attendance and maintains processes associated with HR, Payroll and all safety requirements.  Supports plant staffing, recruiting, scheduling of interivevws, orientations, maintains employee files, answers employee questions and works closely with the management team in creating and maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.

The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Safety Department with day-to-day HR leadership to Plant Management of ~100+ employees at the Roanoke TX. facility. 

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
•    Assists when needed to accurately reconcile time sheets, prepares and submits for weekly payroll processing
•    Tracks and maintains attendance records; prepares and tracks attendance notification documents 
•    Completes Personnel Change Notice forms
•    Serves as a Worker rep chair of the Safety Committee
•    Compiles and reports Environmental, Health and Safety data.
•    Assists in HR Generalist tasks when required
•    All other tasks and duties, as assigned

Candidate Requirements:
•    2-3 years of Manufacturing Human Resources experience and/or Recruiting and Staffing or a combination of education and 2-3 years of work-related experience required
•    Minimum 2 to 3 years of Manufacturing Human Resources experience
•    Experience with Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers
•    Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information
•    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
•    Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•    Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred 
•    Strong analytical, organizational and auditing skills required
•    Critical decision maker with the ability to work independently

*  Bilingual is a plus
