Job Title: 

Territory Sales Representative 


Position Summary: 

Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for the management and growth of all accounts assigned to him/her and the management of the geography assigned.   


Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all accounts assigned by VP Sales. 

  • Grow distribution and end user accounts in assigned geography. 

  • Manage accounts and territory to budget – volume and profitability as directed by the VP Sales. 

  • Manage account pricing as per guidelines provided by VP Sales. 

  • Facilitate communication across all functions – customer service, Management, Product Development, and Production. 

  • Manage any brokers assigned. 

  • Grow end user business via distribution channels or directly if appropriate. 

  • Identify and develop specific end use markets – Can Liner, PPE etc. 

  • Help facilitate cross selling with all FAD and TSB product lines. 

  • Grow new products/product introductions as directed by VP Sales. 

  • Assist with field work on non-assigned accounts as necessary to support the business. 


Candidate Requirements: 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

  • Computer expertise in Microsoft Office. 

  • Prior experience: 

  • Singel & Multi-layer films. 

  • Understand multi-layer films construction and selling 

  • Some experience in selling distribution accounts
