  • Reads shipping procedures and provides instruction to others when required
  • Audit that forklifts are available and in good working order and escalate if additional action is required
  • Monitoring the daily shipping flow and adjusting workloads and resources appropriately
  • Monitoring, reporting and investigating paperwork
  • Assisting in implementation of process improvements to increase quality and productivity levels
  • Monitoring and escalating procedures and policies as required
  • Ensuring documentation used during the shipping process is of the correct and most current revision
  • Checking and review of final transfer of materials
  • Verify accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished Goods
  • Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams
  • Participates in quality control inspections when required
  • Comply with EHS regulations and policies
  • Must be able to work, communicate, and resolve issues with respect for all parties keeping confidentiality a priority
  • Must conduct a professional behavior at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 5 or more years of related manufacturing experience

· Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed

· Ability to provide instructions regarding policies and procedures

· Associates degree or equivalent

· Prior leadership experience

· Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

· Previous experience in GMP work environment
